Group offer "Memory Traces. Art and Dementia"
The "Memory Traces" program is aimed at people with dementia. Together with caregivers or family members, people with dementia experience cheerful, relaxing, and stimulating museum visits at Schloss Wilhelmshöhe and the Neue Galerie. They immerse themselves in a fascinating world of art appreciation and forget the painful experience of their illness. The focus is not on what they can no longer do, but on what they can do - a completely new experience for all involved. On April 18, 2018, the project was launched with the. Elisabeth Prize for Social Work Excellent.
